§ 58-18. Penalties for
offenses.
A. Seizure
of devices. Any coin-controlled amusement device operated in violation of the
terms of this chapter may be seized and destroyed in compliance with the terms
and provisions of the statutes of the State of New York.
B. Fines.
Any person who shall violate any provisions of this chapter shall be punished
by a fine not to exceed $250.
