Mayor Maciol called the special meeting to order at 3:40 PM followed by the pledge to the flag and roll call.
Present: Mayor Maciol, Trustee Baryla-White, and Trustee Jarosz
Absent: Trustee Bialek, Trustee Semeniak
The purpose of this special meeting is to open the bids received for the Community Center fit-out located at the Liberty Senior Housing Complex, 348 Main Street, New York Mills.
Six contractors picked up bids and only two were returned for bidding purposes.
Ron Stafford from Nelson Associates was present to open the following bids:
Charles A Gaetano Construction Corp. $209,800.00
Murnane Building Contractors Inc. $138,300.00
Trustee White made a motion seconded by Trustee Jarosz to allow Nelson Associates to canvass the bids and report back to the Village Board.
Trustee White made a motion seconded by Trustee Jarosz to accept the dedication of the roads in the Country Club Drive Development which includes all phases through Phase III.
With no further business, Trustee Jarosz made a motion seconded by Trustee White to adjourn the special meeting.
Mayor Maciol adjourned the special meeting at 3:47 PM.
